Help needed in the Worship Ministry...

If you are gifted in the areas of Audio/Visual and computer technologies and would like to be a part of the exciting Worship Ministry, please contact Duane Adams at 356-6613.

Funeral MinistryFuneral inistry

ASC is looking for volunteers who would be willing to help and/or coordinate funeral meals for the funerals held at ASC.  If you would be interested or know someone who would be, please contact the church office at 356-6613.  This is just one way that we care for families during their time of loss.

 

SIFA CHOIR CDs

SIFA African Children's Choir CDs are NOW AVAILABLE.

They can be purchased in the Church Office for $15.

* All proceeds go to support the SIFA Choir in their ministry and travels.*

What a great summer full of incredible memories!! We have had so much fun with you guys this summer!

FYI: We will be taking off the next 3 weeks and will be back in action with our BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY on Wednesday, September 3. See you then!!!

TUESDAYS - Middle School Bible Study @ 11am - Youth Bldg. Bring $ for lunch afterwards.

WEDNESDAYS @ 7pm - Youth Bldg.

THURSDAYS - High School Bible Study @ 11am - Youth Bldg. Bring $ for lunch afterwards.

 

 

FAMILY WORSHIP DAY

We will be having Family Worship Days the weekend of August 30-31. Children's Classes will be dismissed as we worship together as families.

** Nursery for 2 yrs. & under will be available.*

 

TRAVELING SOUTH MEMBERSHIP CLASS

The next Traveling South Membership class will be Sunday, September 7. This class allows those interested in membership to simply come and learn about Amarillo South and who we are. The class is open to anyone and takes place immediately after 2nd service in the Life Center on September 7. A meal is provided and then a brief overview of the church. If you are interested in attending the September class, please contact Karen @ 356.6613. Tender Care will be available after the meal with reservation. Please RSVP with # of children and their names, if you will need childcare by Wednesday, September 3.

 

FALL TUESDAY WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

God's Story: a 5 week study by Anne Graham Lotz - leading us through the first 11 chapters of Genesis, unlocking hidden messages in familiar stories.

iforty will be hanging out on the WT campus Thursday September 4 - cooking burgers, handing out free goodies, & jamming with the Marcus Dawes Band.
